Day 1. I accomplished my goals, well most of them.

I woke up at 7 ish and was at the gym by 7:39. Proud. Day 1 at the gym was a success. I did everything I said I was going to do today— except create. So that’s added to todays (day 2) goals. Day 1 eating, I didn’t do too bad. well. I had three tortilla shells and two mini rolls of ritz crackers with peanut butter, half of cup of Tang Juice and a fried chicken asian salad from GS. Now that I reflect on it, I could’ve did better. I will be intentional moving forward about what I eat. Especially if I got to type it up. Lol I guess the plus side is that I didn’t have candy. Wait does the tootsie roll I had at the gym count? Why do they have a bucket of tootsie rolls at the counter anyway? Oh yea. I signed up for a new gym membership at planet fitness! Im actually about to get ready to go now. It is definitely different from LA Fitness but Im giving it an honest try. Right now it is what I can afford and I am grateful for that. love. B.lyte - J
